Jack River Delivers New Track "Real Life"
After waiting for what feels like forever (which actually has only been less than a year), we finally have a brand new track from singer-songwriter Jack River titled “Real Life” and it’s an absolute banger which comes as no surprise as everything that the artist releases is nothing short of a catchy bop that easily becomes stuck in your head. She took to social media to explain how the track came about -
“One sunny afternoon in the depths of lockdown I was over feeling feelings. I just wanted to swim with strangers in some sparkly foreign sea, see a mariachi band walking by on the sand, and maybe have a conversation with a friendly dolphin underwater. Anything to get me away from death scrolling and endless headlines about how awful the world is. I wanted to get back to Real Life. Whatever that was.”
On top of this track, the singer has announced two shows, one in Sydney and one in Melbourne which is more than exciting as she always puts on a beautiful and entertaining performance.
“Real Life” is the track we’ve all been needing to hear with its banging beat and real life lyrics, as always Jack River can do no wrong in her sound and song writing - she could write a song about literally anything and I would have it on repeat. A truly talented artist that creates some of the best art that’s blessed my ears.
