Indie sweethearts Eliza & The Delusionals release their debut album "Now And Then"

It’s finally here, the moment many fans have been waiting for – Eliza & the Delusionals debut album has finally been released out into the world for our listening pleasure and it was definitely worth the wait. After dropping perfect track after track since last year, the band have been giving fans a taste of the album which has brewed excitement and had everyone anticipating May 20th. “Now And Then” is filled with plenty of tracks that you will hold close to your heart and love forever, with its nostalgic pop sound and relatable lyrics you’ll be sure to fall in love from the first note of the first track.

As we jump into the album, the first four tracks, “Give You Everything, “Save Me”, “YOU”, and “Nothing Yet” were previously released as singles so we have already had the absolute pleasure of hearing these endearing tracks which is a perfect way to start off the album with these bangers that we have come to know and love so fondly. These tracks are heavily filled with pop tones and nostalgic infused melodies that reel you in straight away. Followed by “Lonely” which features a lot of softer guitar chords and sweet vocal melodies that makes it sound like it came straight out of an early 2000’s coming of age film. As we creep into the middle of the album, we are gifted with the new wave sounds in the intro of “Halloween” which is then followed by softer vocals and a melody that intertwines itself in your head and will quickly become one of your favorites on the album. “Bed Song” is up next, with it’s nostalgic pop sound in full force played through the guitar strums in the beginning and the strong bass line throughout. “Bed Now (Interlude)” is a 50 second interlude track that feels almost pure and angelic in sound and breathes new life into you as you get ready to listen to the rest of the album. “Get a Hold of You” and “Circles” have more of a fast-paced approach to them with strong rhythms and great lyrics while “All the Time” packs one hell of a punch with powerful vocals from vocalist Eliza Klatt that brings influences from some of their older tunes combined with their newer sound. We’ve made it to the finally track on the album “Now And Then” which a slow-paced track that sounds like a perfect bittersweet ending to Eliza & The Delusionals debut album. It’s filled with soft vocals, strong rhythm, and divine synth making it the perfect track to finish off with.

This band prove with every release just how much talent they have and their debut album “Now And Then” showcases just that. Now And Then is filled with indie vibes, mesmerizing vocals, relatable lyrics, catchy guitars, and a whole lot of nostalgia.
