Hardcore Outfit Days Of Deceit Drop Heavy Banger "Elements"
Coming in quick and following up from their last single “The Underground”, Adelaide five-piece Days Of Deceit are happy to finally share their newest release “Elements” which is a powerful tune to say the least. With their Spotify streams on past tracks averaging 30,000 - 60,000 streams, you know that they receive a lot of love and support from their fans when it comes to their hardcore tunes. If you’re a fan of bands like Karnivool, and The Ghost Inside then you’ll definitely fall in love hard for the talent that Days Of Deceit have to offer.
"Elements is a song written about a nature boy lost in the city. I constantly found myself living two lives over the past year or two chasing musical goals whilst taking every opportunity to escape the concrete jungles and get back to nature. Lyrically, ‘Elements’ was forged during a long stint back in the city where the call to escape back to simplistic living and Mother Nature got too loud to ignore. I dropped everything left in a flash, camped out and that first night wrote most of these lyrics by an open fire." - Vocalist Jarrod Schilling on the track.
Dripping with hardcore riffs, hard-hitting drums, and blazing screams, it’s the perfect track for any fan of the genre. Chanting vocals in the chorus fill the song up as the loud and prominent screams wrap themselves around to give it that extra kick of power that we all love and that’s why this is the highlight of “Elements” for me. Also driven with forceful guitars and a hard, vibrant rhythm section underneath that carry the vocals, it truly is a great listen. If you like what you hear on this new track then you should catch the band as they get ready to hit the road with bands such as Harroway and Earthbound for their upcoming Triple Threat Tour where you can see them play through a wicked set of older and newer songs that everyone loves.
